These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of plartshop.com (the “Site”) and any products or services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). The Site is operated by Plart Shop (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account (if available), or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts (If Available)
You may browse the Site and place orders as a guest. If you choose to create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
3. Products and Customization
Plart Shop offers physical products, including custom-made products created using images or other content uploaded by you (“Custom Products”).
Because Custom Products are made specifically for you, please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
Printed and manufactured results may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to factors such as color calibration, materials, and production processes. Such variations do not constitute defects.
4. User Content License
You retain ownership of any photos, images, text, or other materials you upload or submit to the Site (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify (for formatting or production purposes only), and transmit your User Content solely to:
- Produce and fulfill your order
- Generate previews or mockups related to your order
- Provide customer support, replacements, or remakes
- Maintain and operate the Services
We do not use your User Content for marketing or public display without your explicit permission.
5. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Content
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have all necessary rights to your User Content
- Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights
- Your User Content does not contain unlawful, harmful, or offensive material
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order if we reasonably believe the submitted User Content violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept your order by confirming it and/or shipping the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, production limitations, or policy violations.
7. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time. Applicable taxes, shipping, and fees will be displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund or contact you for confirmation before proceeding.
8. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss and title pass to you when the product is delivered to the carrier.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Remakes
Because many of our products are custom-made, all custom products are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or material errors on our part.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, please contact us at hello@plart.art within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:
- Provide a replacement or remake, or
- Issue a refund if a replacement is not feasible
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Personal preference or change of mind
- Incorrect images or content provided by the customer
- Minor color or appearance variations inherent to printing or production
10. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Certain features or products may reference or integrate with third-party services or applications. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability or functionality.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Interfere with the Site’s security or functionality
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
